Coming soon, a beautiful variety of sea salts from the Balearic island of Mallorca. Harvested by hand on the natural beach of Es Trenc using traditional rakes and allowing it to dry in Mallorca's ample sunshine. British Michelin star chef, Marc Fosh (Simply Fosh, Palma) created a range of spice blends exclusively for Flor de Sal.
The range includes:
Flor de Sall Natural
Flor de Sal Mediterranea (containing rosemary, savory, marjoram, thyme and oregano
Flor de Sal Hibiscus (containing dried hibiscus flowers)
Flor de Sal Olivas (containing roasted Greek Calamata olives)
Flor de Sal Rosa (containing rose petals, Sarawak and Szechwan pepper)
The range will be available in individual tins of 150g and a mixed tin of all flavours 250g
