Alcohol free and Free from all Colorants, or Additives (except for wine sulphites) Produced from a 2 year old Primitivo Dolcetto Naturale Sweet Red Wine, from the Salentine peninsula in the very heel of Italy. This is then boiled down to a dense syrup, blended with cooked red grape must and wine Vinegar and allowed to rest for a further 4 months to produce a perfectly blended mellow Balsamic type vinegar.
